Supporting Personal Transformation and Goal Achievement

No individual is one dimensional and so much of what we do during our personal time affects who we are at work.  As part of my goal development and achievement journey, I have been able to accomplish some amazing personal and fitness goals by tapping into the science of behavior change in additional to using the goal planning tools I coach and teach at work. As part of my coaching, I support and coach individuals on how to achieve their most audacious personal goals. Contact me for more information.

Stephen recently spoke at the Connected Manufacturing Forum, an Industry 4.0 conference I produced in Austin on July 29-30. He is an amazing, inspirational speaker who can connect with the audience and answer their toughest questions about change management and talent recruitment/retention in the digital era.

Stephen delivered a keynote titled "Digitization and New Dimensions in Workforce Management" and hosted a small-group workshop titled "Developing the Next Generation of Manufacturing Leadership" -- both sessions were rated five stars by our attendees. In fact, we had to add additional seats to his workshop based on the high demand and interest in Stephen's workshop.

Quite a few delegates pointed out that they were impressed with his knowledge and inspired to change the way things are done at their organizations by leveraging Stephen's practical recommendations. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Stephen on the Connected Manufacturing Forum and look forward to working with him again!

Culture warrior, cutting edge, relevant, futuristic, inclusive, and high emotional intelligence are some of the words that immediately come to mind when thinking of Stephen Childs!

I have had the honor of serving with Stephen for two-years on the Board of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, and I can tell you that not only does Stephen talk-the-talk, but he walks-the-walk as it pertains to shifting organizational culture in the right direction, and being an active Community Leader. Stephen is what John Maxwell refers to as a "Pinnacle Leader” - where people follow him because of what he represents. As a proven leader in the HR Industry, Stephen leads his team to success over and over again, and he continues to be a great asset to Panasonic Automotive, the Fayette County Chamber, and the South Atlanta Region at large!

Stephen is one of the finest HR leaders I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He makes Panasonic's strategy and its customers the ultimate outcome which every program and initiative has to serve, so the line leaders embrace his initiatives as their very own.

Working with Stephen puts your contributions right on the beating pulse of the strategy. He does this with incredible positivity, a deep appreciation for the unique strengths that each person brings, and a unique ability to blend those strengths into teamwork that adds value to everyone involved. As a consultant and talent developer, I learned a lot right alongside Stephen and his Panasonic colleagues and we all took and shared great pride in our joint accomplishments. Definitely one of the most inspiring and enjoyable leaders to work for.

I've had the privilege of working with Stephen on several challenging initiatives. Two words come to mind..."transformational and innovative".

He first is a progressive business thinker but very practical in approaching challenges. He is uniquely innovative in his approach to issues and problem solving and tends to address future needs and situations before they are obvious.

I have had the privilege of working with Stephen on a number of professional projects both in his role as a Senior Executive with Panasonic Automotive, and as the Board Chair of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.

Stephen is a an inspirational leader with strong communication skills, high EQ, and deep experience in talent and people development. If I was putting together a C-Suite Dream Team, Stephen would be high on the list.
