I have over 25 years of Human Resources Experience. I am a CHRO for a fortune 500 company, a Global Keynote Speaker, a Forbes Contributor, a Executive Board Member of SHRM Atlanta and sit on numerous CHRO Councils. I received a Global Fellow of Talent Management designation from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. I am a Columbia University trained Executive Coach.
I have been honored to receive the 2018 HRD World Congress 50 HR Tech Minds Award, the OnConference 100 top HR Professionals of the year Award in 2021, and I am a 2-time American Business Award winner for HR Executive of the Year.

Our fee structure is very simple and cost effective. We charge 25% of the Base Salary (only) plus travel expenses for the candidates. Most Executive Search firms based their fees on the total compensation (Based, Bonus, Other Variable) of the candidate so our fee structure is highly advantageous.
